HB 2563 (HSCR57-02)	RELATING TO COMPENSATION OF CRIME VICTIMS. Allows for the award of medical expenses in excess of $10,000.	PSM, JHA, FIN
HB 2565 HD1 (HSCR58-02)	RELATING TO EXPLOSIVES. Requires the reporting of inventories of explosives under the control of manufacturers, dealers, and users, and provides for penalties for those who do not comply. Creates exemptions. (HB2565 HD1)	PSM, JHA, FIN
HB 2401	RELATING TO THE TRUSTEES OF THE OFFICE OF HAWAIIAN AFFAIRS. Allows trustees of OHA to participate in and receive the same retirement benefits as other state elected officials.	LAB, JHA, FIN (Pending referral to JHA)
HB 2123	RELATING TO HAWAII VICTIMS' ECONOMIC SECURITY AND SAFETY ACT Prohibits discrimination by employers against domestic violence victims. Entitles victims to employment leave.
