The following measures are for DECISION MAKING ONLY.

No oral testimony will be permitted, however, written testimony may be submitted as noted at the end of this notice.

If submitting written testimony, please focus your testimony on the differences, if any, between the Senate and House measures as the Committee has previously held public hearings on Senate bills that are substantially similar to House bills as noted.

RELATING TO CONDOMINIUM PROPERTY REGIMES.

Requires both the apartment owner and the board of directors to pay for their own costs in mediating a dispute between them, unless they both agree that one party will pay all or a specified portion of the mediation costs. (SD1)

RELATING TO STATE PARKS PENALTIES.

Establishes administrative penalties and authorizes the recovery of administrative fines, damages, fees, and costs for violations of state parks statutes and rules. (HB683 HD2)

Persons wishing to testify should submit 35 copies of their testimony to the committee clerk, Room 202, State Capitol 24 hours prior to the hearing. When faxing, please indicate to whom the testimony is being submitted, the date and time of the hearing, and the required number of copies needed for submittal.
