RELATING TO CONTROL OF DISEASE. Allows the Department to enter into agreements with health care facilities and providers to assist with epidemic control activities. Requires individuals and entities to provide information needed to locate people suspected of having been exposed to a dangerous disease. Establishes protections for the rights of individuals quarantined to prevent transmission of a dangerous infectious disease and grants the Department authority to sequester contaminated articles.
