RELATING TO PICKETING.

Repeals law prohibiting the picketing of a residence.

RELATING TO CIVIL LIABILITY.

Provides immunity to any person who acts in furtherance of a constitutional right; establishes procedures to expedite the dismissal of a lawsuit against a person for exercising the right to petition, including informing, seeking relief, or otherwise participating in the process of government.

RELATING TO BUSINESS REGISTRATION.

Replaces references to chapter 415 and chapter 415B (previous Business Corporation Act), with references to chapters 414 and 414D (new Business and Nonprofit Corporation Act). Clarifies that business entity fees may be adjusted without regard to rulemaking. (SD1)
