RELATING TO CONTROL OF DISEASE. Allows the Department to enter into agreements with health care facilities and providers to assist with epidemic control activities. Requires individuals and entities to provide information needed to locate people suspected of having been exposed to a dangerous disease. Establishes protections for the rights of individuals quarantined to prevent transmission of a dangerous infectious disease and grants the Department authority to sequester contaminated articles. RELATING TO AQUATIC RESOURCES. Expands the DLNR's authority to possess or use chemicals and electrofishing devices that would normally be unlawful, when no other reasonable alternative is appropriate; expands the department's authority to permit non-consumptive activities that are otherwise prohibited by law; and clarifies that permits issued for chemicals and electrofishing devices include possession or use of such devices.
