RELATING TO THE UNIFORM CHILD-CUSTODY JURISDICTION AND ENFORCEMENT ACT.

Creates the uniform child custody jurisdiction and enforcement act.

RELATING TO EVIDENCE.

Allows admission of evidence in a domestic violence criminal action of defendant's commission of other domestic violence.

RELATING TO STALKING

Allows court to grant probation to violator and to order the person to refrain up to 5 years from stalking; allows court to order psychiatric evaluation of violator; establishes rebuttable presumption of stalking based on continuing conduct of violator after being requested by victim to refrain.
