RELATING TO STALKING Allows court to grant probation to violator and to order the person to refrain up to 5 years from stalking; allows court to order psychiatric evaluation of violator; establishes rebuttable presumption of stalking based on continuing conduct of violator after being requested by victim to refrain. |
