An informational briefing will be held on the problems of childhood obesity in Hawaii. A panel will discuss this issue in an attempt to formulate strategies and policies to improve levels of physical activity and physical fitness, along with proper nutrition, to decrease the incidences of obesity and the numbers of overweight adults and children in Hawaii. The public is also invited to participate in the discussion of this important issue. |
