Consistent with Senate Concurrent Resolution 23, the President of the Senate and Speaker of the House have authorized and appointed members to the Joint House and Senate Special Committee on Long Term Care. An advisory task force of stakeholders has also been formed to assist with the work of the special committee.

This meeting of the committee will discuss, but not be limited to, the following items:

    1. Minutes of December 18, 2001 meeting
    2. Presentation on "Care Plus"
    3. Proposed 2002 Session legislation

4. Continued discussion of mandated report to full legislature
