Expands the GET credit for businesses by allowing the credit for canned software to promote the donation of computer equipment by removing the recapture provision; amends the definition of cost to exclude the actual invoice price of the tangible personal property; establishes the tax credit as four percent of the cost of eligible depreciable tangible personal property; deletes references to the county general excise and use tax surcharge. |
