RELATING TO EDUCATION. Replaces the current board of education with regional boards of education and a statewide board of education composed of its members. Establishes an educational region commission to determine educational regions within the State. |

RELATING TO EDUCATION. Provides for constitutional amendment making the department of education a political subdivision headed by the board of education. Allows the board to collect and implement taxes. |
