Amends the definition of "small business" to mean an enterprise with fewer than one hundred employees; allows the small business regulatory review board (Review Board) to nominate replacement board members; allows the Review Board to elect the chairperson of the board; removes the requirement that members of the Review Board come from size-defined businesses; repeals the provision authorizing a small business defender; and extends the repeal date of Act 168, Session Laws of Hawaii, to June 30, 2004. |
