RELATING TO LEASEHOLD. Requires, in leasehold renegotiations, that a rent based on fair market value shall apply even if value is lower than existing rent and contract bars the lowering of rent upon renegotiation. Allows a one-time rent adjustment to reflect fair market value for any existing lease renegotiated after 1/1/90. (HB2245 HD1) |
