A BILL FOR AN ACT RELATING TO THE PREVENTION OF THE FILING OF FRIVOLOUS FINANCING STATEMENTS. Prevents the filing of frivolous financing statements with the bureau of conveyances by assuring that the filing of the financing statements are authorized by the debtors |
