RELATING TO COMMERCIAL EMPLOYMENT AGENCIES.

Reduces regulatory requirements for commercial employment agencies by eliminating the requirement to license branch offices, exempting employer paid fee agencies from having to post a bond, and eliminating the requirement of employment agencies filing a yearly schedule of placement fees.

RELATING TO TIME SHARING PLANS.

Allows time sharing units and plans on property where an existing hotel is a valid non-conforming use under county ordinance; provided that hotel has at least sixty units and forty per cent are in apartment use for counties over 500,000. (SD1)
