THE COMMITTEE WILL BE CONDUCTING NEIGHBOR ISLAND INFORMATIONAL MEETINGS CONCERNING THE PROPOSED HAWAIIAN AIRLINES/ALOHA AIRLINES MERGER.
A representative from the State Attorney General's office will discuss Federal and State laws that apply to the merger and the process for approving or disapproving the merger.
Members of the public are invited to submit comments on issues related to the above agenda items and should submit 5 copies of their testimony to the clerk at the time of the hearing.
If you require special assistance or auxiliary aids or services to participate in the public hearing process (i.e., sign language interpreter, wheelchair accessibility, or parking designated for the disabled) please contact the committee clerk 24 hours prior to the hearing so arrangements can be made.
