Prohibits chocolate and cocoa from being labeled "made in Hawaii" unless one hundred per cent of the finished product is entirely of Hawaii origin. Prohibits cocoa (cacao) beans labeled "made in Hawaii" unless one hundred per cent of the finished product is entirely of Hawaii origin.

RELATING TO CACAO, COCOA, AND CHOCOLATE PRODUCTS

Specifies labeling requirements for raw or processed cacao beans grown in Hawaii for consumer and nonconsumer packaging. Prohibits use of labels worded "100% Genuine Hawaii Chocolate", "Genuine Hawaii Chocolate", or similar wording, if any portion of the cacao beans contained in the package are not grown in Hawaii.
