RELATING TO BOATING SAFETY.

Requires persons 16 years of age and under to wear life preservers on vessels underway.

RELATING TO BOATING SAFETY.

Provides for mandatory boating safety instruction as a prerequisxite for vessel registration.

RELATING TO DISPOSITION OF VESSELS BY THE DEPARTMENT OF LAND AND NATURAL RESOURCES.

Reduces costs and staff time involved in the disposition of unauthorized, abandoned, and derelict vesels.

RELATING TO PUBLIC LANDS.

Clarifies that obtaining a loan shall not be a prerequisite to modifying to extending the term of a lease.

RELATING TO PUBLIC NOTICE REQUIREMENTS FOR PUBLIC LAND DISPOSITIONS.

Changes the public notice requirements for auctions, drawings, direct negotiation, exchanges, quit claims submerged and reclaimed lands, reservations, and easements.
