RELATING TO STATE LEASES.

Provides that the current agricultural lessee has a right of first preference to re-lease the property under certain stipulations.

RELATING TO THE ISSUANCE OF SPECIAL PURPOSE REVENUE BONDS TO ASSIST SCIENCE TECHNOLOGY INNOVATIONS.

Authorizes the issuance of special purpose revenue bonds to assist Science Technology Innovations in financing the capitol costs related to the relocation to, and construction of, a new facility in Kakaako.

Proposed H.D 1: Requires that any transfer of the Ala Wai Golf Course lands from the City and County of Honolulu to the

State by executive order shall be subject to legislative review.
