RELATING TO STATE LEASES.

Provides that the current agricultural lessee has a right of first preference to re-lease the property under certain stipulations.

HB 1149	RELATING TO THE ISSUANCE OF SPECIAL PURPOSE REVENUE BONDS TO ASSIST SCIENCE TECHNOLOGY INNOVATIONS. Authorizes the issuance of special purpose revenue bonds to assist Science Technology Innovations in financing the capitol costs related to the relocation to, and construction of, a new facility in Kakaako. HB 1150	RELATING TO THE ISSUANCE OF SPECIAL PURPOSE REVENUE BONDS TO ASSIST ADTECH. Authorizes the issuance of special purpose revenue bonds to assist Adtech in financing the capital costs related to the relocation to, and construction of, a new facility in Kakaako.	WLU/EDB, FIN

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR CONSERVATION AND RESOURCES ENFORCEMENT.

Makes an appropriation for a grant writer/public information officer in the division of conservation and resources enforcement to seek external grants for additional enforcement and educate the community.

State by executive order shall be subject to legislative review.
