RELATING TO the employees' retirement system. Gives current conservation and resources law enforcement officers of the department of land and natural resources the option of converting from class C to class A members of the Employees' Retirement System (ERS). Allows officers to retire without penalty after 25 years of service in that capacity. Provides that all officers hired after June 30, 2001, are to be designated class A members. |

When faxing, please indicate to whom the testimony is being submitted, the date and time of the hearing, and the required number of copies needed for submittal.
