Sets minimum wage at fifty cents above the federal minimum wage.

RELATING TO MEDICAL FEE SCHEDULES

Changes current medical fee schedule for workers' compensation reimbursement from 110% of Medicare to the annually adjusted federal workers' compensation medical fee schedule for use in Hawaii.

Returns the medical fee structure to the structure existing before Act 234, SLH 1995.
