RELATING TO VITAL STATISTICS

Allows persons applying for certain Federal benefits to directly obtain certified copies of their former spouse's marriage or divorce certificates in support of their application. Calls for increases in the fees for certified copies of birth, marriage, divorce, and death certificates issued by DOH from $10 to $15 for the first copy issued and from $4 to $5 for each copy issued thereafter.

Allows the Hawaii health care system corporation to enhance the community network of health care facilities throughout the State by building on the strengths of the individuals facilities, designing services more suited to meet the health care needs of the specific communities in a timely fashion, and maintaining quality standards of care
