Requires moneys in the reserve account to be used for the repair and maintenance of the cultural center, including the purchase of equipment and supplies. RELATING TO THE REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF SCHOOLS. Establishes the school-level minor repairs and maintenance special fund. Allows an individual whose state income tax credit for any taxable year is $2 or more to designate $2 of the same to be paid over to the special fund. |
