RELATING TO EDUCATION. Establishes the Pearl City high school cultural center reserve account in the state treasury. Requires moneys in the reserve account to be used for the repair and maintenance of the cultural center, including the purchase of equipment and supplies. Transfers excess moneys to the state general fund. |

RELATING TO THE REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF SCHOOLS. Establishes the school-level minor repairs and maintenance special fund. Allows an individual whose state income tax credit for any taxable year is $2 or more to designate $2 of the same to be paid over to the special fund. |
