MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO STUDY THE FEASIBILITY OF ESTABLISHING A TECHNOLOGY-FOCUSED, COMMUNITY-BASED CENTER IN WAIALUA TOWN.

Appropriates funds to study the feasibility of establishing a technology-focused, community-based center in Waialua, assess community needs, and develop and implement a plan, including the purchase of computer and telecommunications equipment necessary for center operations.

RELATING TO PENALTIES FOR THE STATEWIDE TRAIL AND ACCESS PROGRAM.

Establishes administrative and criminal penalties for violations of statutory provisions on rules relating to the statewide trails and access program.
