Allows the Hawaii Library Foundation and the Friends of the Library of Hawaii to conduct for-profit enterprises at state library facilities, and to deposit the net proceeds of those enterprises to their respective trust fund.

RELATING TO THE BOARD OF EDUCATION.

Authorizes the reimbursement of mileage expenses for board of education (BOE) members. Establishes the rate of personal expenses for BOE members at the rate of $130 a day for out-of-state travel and $45 a day for interisland travel.
