RELATING TO INSURANCE. Clarifies bond and errors and omissions insurance policy requirements for managing general agents and reinsurance intermediary managers. |

RELATING TO SUBSTANCE ABUSE TREATMENT INSURANCE BENEFITS. Eliminates substance abuse counselor certification requirements for certain licensed professionals, i.e., physicians, psychologists, advanced practice registered nurses, and clinical social workers, for health insurance reimbursement purposes. |
