[§457J-13]  Penalties.  Any person who violates this chapter or rules adopted pursuant thereto shall be subject to a fine of not more than $1,000 for each separate offense.  For purposes of this section, each day of violation shall constitute a separate offense. [L 2019, c 32, pt of §2]
