PRESCRIPTION, AND DISPENSING OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES

     §329-31  Rules.  [Section effective until December 31, 2023.  For section effective January 1, 2024, see below.]  The department of public safety may adopt rules and charge reasonable fees relating to the registration and control of the manufacture, distribution, prescribing, dispensing, or reverse distribution with controlled substances within this State.
