[§269G-9]  Report to legislature.  No later than twenty days prior to the convening of each regular session, the commission shall submit a report to the legislature that includes:

     (1)  An update on its activities under this chapter, including how the securitization authorized under this chapter is being utilized; and

     (2)  Any other findings and recommendations, including any necessary proposed legislation. [L 2025, c 258, pt of §3]
