[§124B-236] Delegation of authority by the governor; rulemaking authority of the governor. (a) The governor may delegate any authority vested in the governor under this chapter to the adjutant general and may provide for the sub-delegation of any authority as appropriate.
(b) The governor or adjutant general shall adopt rules in accordance with chapter 91 necessary to administer and implement this chapter. Chapter 91 shall apply notwithstanding section 121-5 or any other provision of law to the contrary. [L 2022, c 286, pt of §2]
