§516-9 Quitclaim deeds. [Section effective until June 30, 2006. For section effective July 1, 2006, see below.] Unless otherwise provided by law, the corporation shall issue quitclaim deeds and leases whenever it conveys, transfers, sells, or assigns any property developed, constructed, or sponsored under this chapter. In no instance shall the corporation be considered a guarantor or warrantor of the condition and quality of the property upon the issuance of any such quitclaim deed or lease.
