[§201G-198] Loans; sale, pledge, or assignment. [Section effective until June 30, 2006. For section effective July 1, 2006, see below.] (a) Subject to any agreements with the holders of its revenue bonds, the corporation may sell its loans at public or private sale at a price and upon terms and conditions as it determines.
(b) Subject to any agreements with holders of its revenue bonds, the corporation may pledge or assign its loans, other agreements, notes, or property to secure the loans or agreements. [L 1997, c 350, pt of §2]
