Measure Title: RELATING TO HEALTHCARE.
Report Title: Compassionate Care; Sexual Assault; Emergency Contraception
Description: Requires hospitals to provide survivors of sexual assault with medically and factually accurate and unbiased information regarding emergency contraception and to make emergency contraception immediately available to survivors of sexual assault upon request. Effective 7/1/2050. (SD1)
