Measure Title:	RELATING TO THE BOARD OF REGENTS OF THE UNIVERSITY OF HAWAII.
Report Title:	University of Hawaii Board of Regents
Description:	Allows for the election of up to two vice-chairpersons of the University of Hawaii board of regents and requires the board to elect any vice-chairperson and chairperson at a meeting held before July 1. Clarifies the start dates of the terms of a board chairperson and vice-chairperson. Makes housekeeping amendments to the Board of Regents and Regents Candidate Advisory Council selection statutes.
