Description: Appropriates funds for and requires the involvement of community members and organizations in the development of a community-based, long-range transportation plan for the Kaaawa, Punaluu, and Hauula communities. Requires a report to the Legislature. Declares that the general fund expenditure ceiling is exceeded. Effective 7/1/3000. (SD1)
