Report Title: DHHL; Hawaiian Home Lands Preservation Act; Waiting List; Successors
Description: Provides that a living beneficiary's place on the Department of Hawaiian Home Land's waiting list for any residential, agricultural or pastoral tract may be designated for transfer to a successor if the living beneficiary dies before receiving an offer for a tract; provided that the successor shall be native Hawaiian, as that term is defined in the Hawaiian Homes Commission Act. Effective 4/14/2112. (HD1)
