Description: Moves the Hurricane Reserve Trust Fund into the state treasury. Repeals the Hawaii Hurricane Relief Fund's authority to arrange the manner in which funds are held, invested, and reinvested. Makes a housekeeping amendment to the fund. Effective 7/1/3000. (HD2)
