Description: Creates an interagency task force within the department of agriculture to develop short-, medium-, and long-term solutions to address the proliferation of rose ringed parakeets. Requires the task force to submit a report to the legislature before the Regular Session of 2024. Appropriates funds to the department of land and natural resources for population control and eradication of rose ringed parakeets. Effective 6/30/3000. (HD1)
