Description: Requires the Department of Health to establish and administer an electronic smoking device disposal program for the collection and disposal of electronic smoking devices that contain rechargeable lithium-ion batteries. Requires all retail tobacco stores that sell electronic smoking devices to participate in the program or be subjected to a fine.
